Bringing attention to the differential and distinct impacts of climate change on marginalized groups like Indigenous women and girls with disabilities in the Nepal, NIDWAN conducted two research entitled ‘Impact of Climate Change on Indigenous Women and Indigenous Women with Disabilities’ and ‘A Documentation of Process and Learning of Climate Change Impacts on Indigenous Women and Girls with Disabilities’.
Based on these findings, NIDWAN briefly documented key findings and recommendations from two research findings along with the recommendations focused on key actions. The document was also disseminated at the COP27 of UNFCCC.
