Home Peer Counseling Support to Indigenous Women and Girls with Disabilities

Taking into account numerous cases of violence and deteriorating mental well-being of Indigenous Women and Girls with Disabilities due to lockdown from within the family sphere, NIDWAN provided home peer support for counselling, collecting information and narratives from PWDs in this pandemic along with their complaints and suggestions. The home counselling was led by our Vice-president Ms. Ganga Chhantyal in Sindhupalchowk and various areas in Kathmandu valley.
