Karma Maharjan is a Senior Administrative and Finance Officer at NIDWAN, overseeing administrative operations and financial management to ensure effective organizational functioning. Ruvi Rana serves as an Admin & Finance Assistant at NIDWAN, contributing to effective administration and financial support through accurate record management and efficient office coordination and administration.

Mr. Dibesh Sayami is a development professional with extensive experience in civil society engagement, governance, advocacy, WASH, and disaster risk reduction. Over nearly two decades, he has worked with various leading organizations being in different position. His career spans roles from Social Mobilizer to Civil Society Officer, advancing into leadership positions such as Project Coordinator and Senior Program Officer. 

Kabita Thami is a Program Officer at NIDWAN with a Master’s degree in Social Work, supporting programs and initiatives while gaining practical experience in organization that support empowerment of Indigenous Women and Women with Disabilities through inclusive, human rights and intersectional approaches.

Garima Gurung is currently working as a Program Officer at NIDWAN, where she focuses on disability-inclusive climate action. Her role primarily involves project management, including planning, coordination, implementation, and follow-up of programs that promote inclusive and equitable climate resilience. She engages with diverse stakeholders including persons with disabilities, women, indigenous communities, and local institutions to ensure that climate action initiatives are accessible and meaningful for all. She focuses on strengthening inclusive approaches in climate governance and ensuring that no one is left behind in climate adaptation and mitigation efforts.

Aayusha GC is a Communication and Documentation Associate with a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, supporting programs and initiatives while strengthening organizational visibility through effective communication and documentation. She is passionate about learning through new initiatives and exploring new possibilities, with a strong commitment to amplifying voices and contributing to the empowerment of Indigenous Women and girls with Disabilities.

Ayati Maya Gurung works as an Office Assistant at NIDWAN, supporting daily office operations through assistance with basic administrative tasks, office maintenance, and coordination to ensure organized and efficient working environment.
